Last week, Yolanda was unexpectedly contacted by an anonymous tipster who pointed us to a little house smack-dab in the middle of bustling West Hollywood. The house, our informant whispered, is owned and occupied by young Patrick Schwarzenegger, our former Governator‘s eldest son and the third of his five adult children.
Although the property is technically held in a blind trust, Yolanda was indeed able to circumstantially link both Mr. Schwarzenegger and his mother Maria Shriver to the purchasing entity. We can also link Mr. Schwarznegger’s longtime BFF Nick Sheinberg directly to the WeHo home’s address, so it appears that Mr. Schwarzenegger may have at least one buddy living with him.
Now 24 years young, Mr. Schwarzenegger grew up wealthy in Brentwood. He took private acting lessons while in high school and has — according to him — “100%” always wanted to pursue a career in film. After high school, Mr. Schwarzenegger matriculated to USC, where he went Greek and pledged Lambda Chi. While a senior in college, Mr. Schwarzenegger gave an interview to College Weekly Live, where he covered all the important frat guy subjects: we learned that his favorite workout is “sex“, and he informed us that “Your boy can eat a lot, all damn day I eat. Anything with banana or peanut butter, that’s my shit.”
Well, if y’all score an invite to Mr. Schwarzenegger’s house and wonder what to bring, now you know.

Anyway, Mr. Schwarzenegger first came to public notice back in 2011, when he posed shirtless for a racy Hudson Jeans ad that was plastered on a huge billboard in Hollywood. He may be best-known, however, for his short-lived (but highly-publicized) relationship with Miley Cyrus. Though the love between himself and the twerking terror fizzled out after just five months, the sweet memories remain.
Apparently Mr. Schwarzenegger was once involved in a road rage altercation that ended in a car crash. When cops came to take his statement, the officers had the “bonus” pleasure (?) of meeting Ms. Cyrus, who was there “wearing a sheer top with pasties underneath“.
Classy!
Nowadays, when he’s not lending Justin Bieber a helping hand (or two), Mr. Schwarzenegger is going full throttle with pursuin’ an acting career. His very first leading role (Midnight Sun, co-starring our gurl Bella Thorne) debuted just a couple months ago. Although somewhat of a commercial success, it was unfortunately panned by critics. The Irish Times wrote, “Patrick Schwarzenegger fails to out-act trees, luggage and stationary cars,” while Variety more kindly said “he’ll need some more training to diversify his limited range of expressions.”
But give our boy a break. This is his first big role! And everyone’s first time is awkward.

Mr. Schwarzenegger’s mildly charming Tudor-ish cottage is located on pretty, tree-lined WeHo street and is (literally) just steps from Melrose Avenue. A quaint (and kinda hokey) white picket gate leads up concrete steps to the home’s front door. There is no garage, but the house does have a covered carport and additional off-street parking for one more vehicle. Originally built in 1923, the house was sold to our boy by actress/model Danielle Bux Lineker, who used it as her bachelorette pad for a short while.
We know some of you out-of-towners are gonna gasp at the price, but records show that Mr. Schwarzenegger forked out $2,850,000 for this little house, which has just 2,198-square-feet of living space and sits on a minuscule .13-acre lot. But keep in mind that this WeHo area is highly desirable — it’s walking distance from all the hottest restaurants and nightclubs — and the tiny lot and price are actually typical of this neighborhood.

The front door opens directly into the living room, which includes a fireplace and a vaulted ceiling. The entire single-story abode is equipped with wide-plank oak floors and freshly-painted walls. Beyond the living room is a fully-renovated kitchen with a marble center island and high-end appliances. The kitchen opens to the family room, which in turn opens to the petite backyard.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3.25 bathrooms. The master suite lies just off the family room and is much smaller than y’all might imagine for a $3 million home, but it does have a fireplace and an all-glass shower. Two more cozy bedrooms have a similar paint scheme and similar vaulted ceiling.
Out back is a “bonus room” with an outdoor fireplace and BBQ grill. The backyard also includes a pool w/ inset spa and drought-resistant fake grass.
And as we previously mentioned, this house is an easy walk to thumpin’ nightclubs and some of LA’s trendiest restaurants — Catch, Cecconi’s, Craig’s, Gracias Madre, and many more. Not bad for Mr. Schwarzenegger’s first ride on the real estate crazy train.
