Today Yolanda will take y’all on a brief tour of a large mansion situated in the mountains above Beverly Hills, in a neighborhood known as Beverly Hills Post Office (BHPO) — so-called because homes there have the coveted 90210 zip code (and thus are serviced by the actual B.H. Post Office) but are technically located in the city of Los Angeles, not Beverly Hills proper.
Makes perfect sense, right?
Anyway, this particular Tuscan-style manor has nearly 7,500-square-feet of living space and is up for sale, asking a hefty $7,995,000. Owned by young up-and-coming rapper named TMG Fresh, the property has actually been on the market for a full year and was originally listed at $10 million. At this point, it’s practically a steal!

Records show that Mr. Fresh acquired the property less than three years ago — back in July 2016 — for $7,230,000 (Yolanda suspects he may have overpaid, but we digress). Although the house has not yet sold, he’s already moved on to bigger and better digs out in Encino. More on the new place in a bit.
Mr. Fresh has only been rapping since last year (2018), but he’s already making significant waves in the industry. He currently sports more than 75,000 followers on the Instagram contraption and has released several music videos. His numerous hit singles include “Throw A Stack,” “Silk Pajamas,” and “Millionaire.” And he recently celebrated his 25th birthday with a 7-day-long Hollywood party extravaganza.
As a self-proclaimed playboy, Mr. Fresh clearly has a lifestyle rep to maintain. And maintain it, he does — all of his music videos feature exotic cars, stacks of hundred dollar bills, and bounteous bevies of bodaciously buxom babes. Naturally Mr. Fresh has also provided videoed tours of his mansion, cars and extensive watch collection to his fans.
In addition to the fancy baubles, Mr. Fresh’s street cred has been enhanced by a rap sheet. Last year, his Rolls-Royce was pulled over by the coppers, who discovered narcotics and a loaded handgun inside the vehicle. Mr. Fresh (real name: Doug Jordan) was subsequently arrested.
Anywho, given Mr. Fresh’s Dan Bilzerian-esque penchant for flaunting his baller lifestyle, it may surprise y’all that he comes from one of the wealthiest and most well-respected families in the entire San Francisco Bay Area. His parents are major philanthropists, activists, and influential political donors.

Mr. Fresh’s mother, Quinn Delaney, is a former civil rights attorney and his father Wayne Jordan is one of the Bay Area’s most successful (and richest) real estate developers. Together, the couple preside over the Akonadi Foundation, their charitable family endeavor that has gifted over $35 million to nonprofit organizations since 2000, particularly organizations supporting racial justice and civil rights.
Additionally, Mr. Jordan and Ms. Delaney are two of the most generous Democratic donors in California. Way back in 2015, the couple were ranked #4 on a list of top political givers in the entire SF Bay Area, having donated $2.3 million of their personal fortune to the Democratic Party and affiliated causes.
The Delaney-Jordans have hosted both Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton multiple times at their 8,000-square-foot mansion in the Oakland suburb of Piedmont. The couple also keep a Manhattan pied-à-terre, picked up for $5,400,000 in 2014.
Now let’s peep Mr. Fresh’s lavish 90210 spread, which he bought as a wee 20-something youngster.
Built in 2007, the vine-covered manse sits on a quiet cul-de-sac just off the main Benedict Canyon drag. The 0.38-acre property is not particularly big, but it is very private — the whole shebang is invisible from the street, tucked away behind a neighboring house.
The formal entry is certain to wow guests with its “floating” staircase and a custom Chihuly glass-blown chandelier — something that can easily cost more than a new luxury automobile.
The kitchen sports the requisite list of high-end appliances and there’s a fireplace-equipped library. Gorgeous walnut floors run throughout most of the public rooms. Somewhere there’s a media room/home theater (not pictured).
The sizable abode has 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, with the master suite featuring a private terrace plus his/hers baths and closets. Although the backyard is rather small — for an $8 million house, at least — it does have a pool, a spa, and plenty of patio and lawn space. Mature trees and high hedges ring the property. Yolanda thinks this place might be perfect for a celeb who desires seclusion and privacy above all — and yet you’re still just a few minutes away from Rodeo Drive.
Neighbors on this particular cul-de-sac include Robbie Williams (he owns the much larger place right next door), car dealership mogul Hooman Nissani, and billionaire cosmetics queen Anastasia Soare.

As we’ve already mentioned, Mr. Fresh has decamped the BHPO for a 10,000-square-foot mansion in one of Encino’s poshest neighborhood pockets. Records show he paid football player Dashon Goldson $6,585,000 in cash for the property, which includes a lavish main house, a guesthouse, a pool w/ waterslide and a full-size tennis court.
Yolanda wrote about Mr. Fresh’s Encino home purchase last year (back then, however, we knew nothing of his burgeoning rap career).
