Y’all may recall that a few months back, Yolanda discussed the new $2.7 million Nichols Canyon home of 25-year-old fashion model Georgia May Jagger. Young Ms. Thang purchased the privately-situated property from rock star Anthony Kiedis.
Now then! Our Miss Jagger has two older full siblings (Lizzy and James) and one younger brother (Luke). All are children of rock legend Mick Jagger and former supermodel Jerry Hall, who is currently married to multi-billionaire media mogul Rupert Murdoch. But we digress.

It seems that — for whatever reason — all of Mr. Jagger and Ms. Hall’s children are purchasing homes in Los Angeles. Today we shall quickly discuss the new residences of the elder two.
Barely a mile away from Georgia May Jagger’s new home is another Nicholas Canyon residence that recently sold for $2,500,000 to a mysterious blind trust. Yolanda just happens to know that the new owner is Miss Jagger’s elder sister: fellow fashion model Elizabeth “Lizzy” Jagger.

Built in 1940, the Tudor-style main house has 2,714-square-feet of living space with vaulted ceilings and a mixture of stone and hardwood floors. The entire .38-acre property is removed from prying eyes via a forest-like canopy of trees and the main house is set far back (and below) street level.

Though the kitchen appears a bit dated in photographs, marketing materials say it has recently been upgraded with a commercial-style range and pricey SubZero fridge. The master suite is a bit more cramped than what most folks wouldl expect for $2.5 million, but it does have a lovely vaulted and beamed ceiling. The spa-like master bathroom is almost entirely wooden and features a soaking tub, a massage couch (?) and an outdoor balcony area.

Listing materials say this structure was also recently renovated with a washer/dryer, dishwasher, wine cooler, refrigerator, polished concrete floors and new cabinetry. A corkscrew-style metal staircase leads to an airy loft space with a bed and sitting area/lounge.

The verdant grounds maximize privacy while carving out a plethora of secluded seating areas and space for entertaining. Not pictured is a pool and a large man-made koi pond with waterfall.
Some of Lizzy Jagger’s nearest new Hollywood Hills neighbors include longtime LA radio personality Ellen K, Seth Rogen, and Clive Robertson. Directly next door to Miss Jagger’s new pad is a much larger estate that was sold by Ryan Seacrest back in 2012 for nearly $11 million to its current owners, British banking heiress Jessica de Rothschild and her film screenwriter/director hubby Sacha Gervasi.
